What we collect
When you send a booking request or contact message we store the details you provide: name, email, optional phone number, group size, preferred date and language, and your message. We use this only to answer you and organise your tour.
How we use it
Your data is used to respond to your request, confirm availability and pricing, and manage the tour. We do not sell data, we do not send marketing email without your consent, and we do not send your personal form data to analytics tools.
Storage and retention
Booking requests are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards. We keep requests as long as needed to handle your booking and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Status of this policy
