How many people can join a tour?
Our tours are for groups of 5 to 20 people. We do not sell individual seats, and groups larger than 20 should contact us so we can discuss splitting the group across two guides.
How much does a tour cost?
Pricing depends on your group size and date. Send a booking request and we reply with the exact total for your group before anything is booked — you never pay before we confirm.
What languages do the guides speak?
We guide in English, Spanish, French and Arabic. You can choose your preferred language in the booking form.
Is the tour difficult?
No. Valencia is one of Europe's flattest cities, and our route follows park paths and calm streets. If you can ride a bike at a relaxed pace, you can do this tour.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather makes riding unsafe or unpleasant, we work with you to reschedule. The details are in our booking terms, which you receive before confirming.
Are bikes and helmets included?
Yes. Every rider gets a city bike and a helmet, and drinking water is provided at the start.
Does requesting availability commit me to anything?
No. A request is not a reservation. We reply with availability and pricing, and only when you confirm do we reserve your guide and bikes.
Is the tour private to our group?
Depending on the date, departures may be shared between more than one group or reserved exclusively. Tell us what you prefer in your request and we will confirm what is possible.
